End-to-end custom AI development: strategy, architecture, engineering, assurance and handover. Delivered in your environment, under your governance, with your team alongside ours.

## Who it is for

- Agencies with a problem no product addresses
- Teams needing AI built inside an accredited environment
- Organisations that want to own what gets built

## What it does

### We cover strategy through to handover

Strategy, architecture, engineering, assurance and handover come as one engagement, so the build arrives with the thinking and the documentation around it.

### We build inside your own environment

Delivered inside your own tenancy and data boundary, using platforms your organisation has already accredited.

### We work within your governance

We operate within your change process, your risk posture and your assurance gates. The same governance we help agencies design.

### Your team builds alongside ours

Your people are embedded through delivery, so the handover is a formality rather than a cliff.

## When bespoke is the right answer

Not often, and we will tell you so. A large share of the problems brought to us are better solved by configuring something you already own, changing a process, or fixing the data underneath. Building custom software is the most expensive option available, so you should choose it once the alternatives have actually been tested.

Where it *is* right is when the problem is specific to your agency's mission, the workflow is yours rather than generic, and the value is large enough to justify owning software for the next several years.

## How we build

The same discipline that runs through our delivery service. Approved use cases become working systems in twelve-week cycles, with a named business owner and a measurable outcome, built in your environment rather than ours.

The engagement covers the whole arc: the strategy work to confirm the thing is worth building, the architecture and engineering to build it, the assurance artefacts your security and privacy assessors will require, and a documented handover to the team who will operate it.

## What you end up owning

The repository, the infrastructure as code, the documentation and the runbooks. Your engineers work alongside ours through delivery, so the capability to extend and maintain the system stays inside your organisation.

That is a deliberate commercial choice. Building dependency into a delivery would give us a longer engagement and leave you with a system you cannot modify, which in the public sector is a governance problem as much as a commercial one.
