Who we are
Practitioners, not commentators
We are an AI advisory and a builder. Our people have spent decades inside federal government and they write code, which is an unusual pairing and the reason our strategies turn into working systems.
We are deliberately small and senior. The people you meet in the first conversation are the people who do the work, and we are not set up to hand you to a delivery team you have never met.
Cyber security runs underneath the rest of it. We know what a classification means for an architecture, what a security assessor will ask before they sign, and where a control has to sit to be worth anything. Loose Lips Sink Ships came out of exactly that, because we kept watching people paste sensitive information into AI tools while the policy forbidding it sat unread.

Some problems came up often enough that we built products for them, and they run inside client environments instead of a shared cloud.
